Even when a workout class isn't on the agenda for a busy day, your body is feeling exhausted, or you're out of town and unable to access workout classes/a gym, a simple walk can do just the trick. It gets the body moving, increasing serotonin and overall mood.

The most important step within your fitness plan is to make sure it's suitable to your body and its needs, which is exactly why knowing your modifications and progressions within a workout class is essential.
